The program needs to work offline so it will need to download all required material locally and check for updates automatically at set intervals…

We also need the ability to brand the application as we like but not give that ability to our customers.

Example.. The software will not have branding at first (logo-background image-colors-and the flv on the main page) on first run of the program will ask for a user name and password.. In the database we will keep branding information for that user and all presentation material information to be downloaded for that user. So there will be 2 levels of users for the database.
1 admin that will have access to all areas of the database – creating users, uploading branding info (logo and background and main window flv) and defining colors to be used.
2 User level – created user will be able to log on create and upload presentation materials – FLV and Power Points.

Database may be MySQL or MsSQL. We would like MySQL though.
