I seek an APP Developer with in-depth knowledge of Iphone and Android applications. I will have a few questions before beginning a project to ensure desired functionality is technically possible. I seek to have a project done with payments by the hour, ensuring you get paid for all the time you work and provide updates. Good graphic skills required for overall professional App appearance.
