Slice Psd Designs To Html

I am redesigning the look of my website, I already have the new designs in PSD, and I need to convert the PSD designs into HTML and PHP files. I will be doing about 12 pages, All pages use the same header and footer, and some pages will reuse the templates of other pages.
I want to complete this in about 5 days, and I prefer to work with a competent programmer who who is available 7 days per week.
