Very Simple Squeeze And Under Construction Page

Hi. I need two VERY simple things right now:
1. I summit the design. It contains a background, a space for video, space for short text and the optin. The page should be integrated with my I contact account. The video should be upload in such way that the viewer wouldnt be ablle to forward or rewind it.
2. Underconstruction site: I summit the design..very simple under construction with an opt-in integrated with my I contact account
Designs are provided in PDS
This should be a very simple task for someone with basic programing skills.
