Data Scrape From 15 Mmo Directories

I have a list of 21 MMORPG (gaming) directories. I would like each site scraped to capture the following information:
Game Name
Game URL
Source (which directory list the info came from)
Open for Registration (is the game accepting new players? Yes or No)
All will be input into the attached sample. In total, there are a total of 6591 currently games listed, with many games appearing in all 21 directories.
If you do a great job, then more work will be forthcoming ASAP.
