- Users need to be logged to post comments;
- In user control panel users can see your comments. Alternatively, can edit and delete comments if there are no replys for them.

I have a website: www.sens-a-web.nl. It looks great in firefox, but it has some problems in IE. if you open the site with IE9 you notice the problems. also other pages contain shifting content en cut off images.
I bought it as a standard template called epsilon, but it has programming issues from the start en poor support.
It seems to have a separate style sheet for ie6 and the header contains several options for ie7 and ie8, but this doesn’t seem to function correct. i think the style sheet is not applied.
