1) Need small header similar to http://lolsnaps.com/

3) The content area needs to be atleast 728px similar to LOLSnaps.com & the sidebar needs to be 300px.
4) The website need to have light background colors similar to lolsnaps but not exact same colors.
5) The theme should be light weight and should be able to handle alot of traffic. Use more CSS instead of making PHP calls for everything.
6) The theme should be SEO friendly.

The programmer must be skilled in Delphi language with JavaScript (Adobe’s version of JavaScript. But Turbo Delphi Explorer is available for free.), JavaScript, and Adobe Photoshop Class Structure.
The scope of the project entails modifying original script which integrates a script that will take employee id card designed in photoshop and create a script that is capable of end user typing data into data fields and text appears on employee id card in the appropriate layer on screen, also user should have the ability to upload photo and photo appears in the appropriate layer on the employee id card as well as employee signature upload to the appropriate layer.
The program:
1. Runs Photoshop (if it’s running already, then it’s just activates)
2. Loads the id badge template .psd file
3. Locates the Logo Layer
4. Inserts photo (under or over the Logo Layer)
5. The photo must be auto cropped, color-corrected and resized. If it’s not, then a user should do that manually with Photoshop. If all photos are made in the same conditions (camera, lighting, composition, size), then color correction, crop and resize can be done automatically (with given settings) for all photos.
6. Insert text (under or over the Logo Layer). Actually there must be already a text layer with given settings (font, color, etc.) so the program just changes its contents with given text.
7. There should be an option within form to save template (in a defined location), load saved template, save photo and send completed photo image to another template.

We just got our website redesgned in WordPress and I need a few changes made to it;
At the top of the page there are four “menu” buttons and I need the following changes made;
1. Support Login link. I want this to generate a popup login box that will allow users to log into our helpdesk. I have some code that we used for our old site that works but I want it tweaked a bit.
2. The Remote Support Link. This will be a bit of work. I want to create a new page and use the header from the main page. In the body of this, I want a form created that will access our Bomgar appliance through it’s API. I have the integration guide and it looks pretty straightforward.
The point of this is from our new website, the support link and remote support direct the user to our other sites and I want them to be integrated with our new website and I know they can.

- some php & mysql coding
- some simple twitter and facebook connect and api works
- payment processor (ie paypal) integration for membership subscription.

Details below:

Script can be downloaded and run for free in limited mode: can provide compatible hosting account for development and progress deployment.

Currently it allows Facebook login and filtering : users can setup filters to meet only Facebook users of certain sex and location criteria. Filters apply 2 way: male can find female only if that female is looking for male.

Requirements:

+ Twitter connect available to login.
- If gender/location is not availalbe user is prompted in settings area to connect with Facebook. An update feature should be available to retrieve new details in case user defines location later in Facebook. Update occurs automatically everytime user accesses his profile page.
- Post status with chat archive link on twitter/facebook when user enters a room. Status update can occur again only after X minutes defined by admin to prevent flood. (“Just entered this chatroom: …”)

+ Admin can limit site wide filters (gender/country/state/city – retrieved for each profile from Facebook as listed above).
- Users outside target can’t chat. They will receive a warning message that website is reserved to other types of users.
- They can only browse public chat logs.

+ Users can change their public username (to an available one) and add an email address for notifications on settings page.

+ Users can purchase VIP status subscription (automated ipn billing) by paypal and an alternative card processor (ie. Plimus, suggest other based on experience).
- VIPs have extra settings: can enable stealth and public chat logs don’t record anything while they’re in a room (a note is written in log: VIP entered: stealth on). Vip stealth logs are saved in a different location and only accessible by admins.
When stealth is enabled faceboot/twitter status updates don’t occur.
- VIPS can access a matchmaking list with online users matching their criteria (both ways) and their screenshots. VIPs have one of these options for each user: join & wait. VIPs can join another user of choice if single in a room. VIPs can also create an invite room to wait for a certain busy user and that user will get to the special room on NEXT.
- Regular users have meeting filtering option: all/any vip/vip with stealth.

+ Chat tags (topics) defined by admins.
- Users can pick conversation tag filters from available list. If defined only users sharing at least 1 tag can meet.
- Site has a tags page that list how many online users are for each tag, including “none”.

+ Simple admin panel accessible by twitter/facebook usernames list defined in settings:
- Site settings in categories (videochat settings, paypal/processor settings, niche site wide filters, global list of tags = topics).
- User management (user search, user delete, set/unset vip/admin status).
- Stealth log listings, custom log cleanup (clean logs with less than X pictures, less than X comments, older than X days).

CODING
+ CSS must be used when defining the interface.
+ Latest twitter, facebook libraries must be used.
+ Code must be secure and safe from exploits (ie. sanitize variables before using in sql or paths).

PROJECT TERMS
Communication will be done via PMB.
A compatible hosting account will be provided to upload progress.
Progress updates should be uploaded and reported at least 2 times per week, since start.

I need a body ( see attachment and yes I have 3D model already ) on site and when mouse over specific area then area lights up and also shows name for area on side. If you click on light up area then person is taken to specific URL that I will set for each area. You must also be able to click on arrow ( See attatchments ) and then spin character around in 3D to show back area and it must work the same as front. See attachments for all images. Size must be exactly same as images attached as it will have to be embedded into blog post all over my website. Url can be done via txt or some text format rather then in the actial animation.
