Details:
There is a payment system on this site http://www.bankrollsports.com that works as follow.
1. The customer chooses a membership plan and clicks on the lenth of time/membership option they want.
2. The customer creates membership by signing-up, filling out the form (for that membership length), enters their account information (name, email address) and selects a user-name / password.
3. Clicks Submit
4. Taken to payment page.
5. Customer makes payment by Paypal or Clickbank
6. They are taken to a thank you page.
7. After they are taken to a thank you page, their membership is working and they can then log-in to the members area (which takes them to a particular page in a secure folder).
This sytem is secure and customers aen’t able to circumvent the members area without filling out the purchase form and without makng payment.
Everything in this payment system works perfectly. However, the system is not working properly when a customer/user makes a purchase using a mobile device such as iOS or Blackberry Browsers. I need this php payment system altered so that it works when a customer signs up using a mobile device.
Coder will be given FTP access and access to the system to see the process. However, I need coder to work off-site as my system or site can not be down for any extended period of time (over 5-10 minutes).

The homepage will contain almost all the business site info and the menu links will open (target=”blank”) individual php forms. 1. Change of vehicle form, 2. Change of Driver form, 3. Change of coverage limits form, 4. Report main accident/loss information form, and a Contact Us page which will look like the home page but with a couple of fields & comments <submit> button. Etc. So in essence, it’s really a one page website with some user input forms linked to the menu. (NO user login or news infos like the Template has, just static info.) { My thoughts are that I may even ditch the Flash for a CSS menu & static photo of one of the trucks.)The PHP code should be easy (I have an example of sorts with even a JScript email verifier & they will use recaptca. - maximum offer duration in days for regular account (30) and sponsored account (365)
Offers page:
* Display latests 5 offers from that merchant and View all… link that shows a page with all offers from that merchant:

* Can define a rss/xml url to import (daily by cron) offers from rss (define xml tag names for retrieving ie. title tag will be retrieved from xml tag: name, same for description tag, link tag, won info tag, coupon tag, expiration time)
Will be used by merchants/partners to import offers from sources like http://www.codecoupondiscount.com/feed/rss.php?website=TemplateMonster.com
+ These are not posted to merchant’s twitter/fb to prevent flood triggers. Instead will post a link to merchant’s offers list with custom message: New offers: http://offershared.com/merchant/name
+ Limits (ie. maximum active offers per account, offer duration in days) also apply for imported offers – no new offers are added if maximum per account is reached
* User should also have login account details independent of Twitter/Facebook . Noticed you implemented these as different tables so it should be easy to implement:
+ User should be able to also signup with a regular registration form (user and pass) instead of TW/FB.
+ When signing up with TW/FB that should prefill his username and a site password should be generated and sent with the verification email (so he can also login with user/pass).
+ User can disconnect from associated Twitter / Facebook accounts and connect different accounts:
Would be great to include an (x) or (remove) link next to each of the listed registered (attached) accounts so user can easily remove FB/TW and add other. Clicking the (x/remove) should delete that info and show a (connect) link instead to attach his current logged in FB/TW account as it’s done when one is not present.
Frontpage and category pages:
* Tag cloud under offers list with top tags ie. vps(5), dedicated (3) (& number of tags to show setting in admin)
+ Tags will link to tag pages (similar to category page), that will also show tags of offers that also have that tag (related tags)
CODING
+ CSS must be used when defining the interface.

What i need is this. Everythime the page is refreshed or load i need the $variable1 to be $number1, next time $number2. the same goes for all. There will be 12 variables (1 – 12) all 12 variables need to distributed, but in different places, no duplication. The script has to use all 12 variables everytime and use them in different places everytime.

3.)on many pages, the links at the bottom of the site are moving too far up the page into the white background. Either that, or the white is too long on certain pages. Change it so that the format is correct.
I believe the images are on the template of the website itself and cannot be replaced by simply changing the image file.

I need a VERY experienced coder to install a registration and payment store on my VBulletin site. Here are the detailed instructions.
We will provide all graphics, buttons and API payment code for the store. We will also provide code for our phone verification system.
This is how the forum, registration and store should work.
A user should be able to click register or purchase on our site. When this happens they enter a valid EMAIL, username and password. The site should then check a TXT file I upload to the server for EMAILS AND IP’s we black list. If any emails or IP’s are detected the user will NOT be able to register. We do this for people who purchased before and did a chargeback or reversal. If you know a better way for us to block users let me know.
Once they pass the check above the user will get an email from us where they verify their email address. They go back to the website and click a button to purchase. At this point the API code is on the page and they enter all the details to buy. Once the purchase is complete they are taken to a FINAL security check page where they enter their cell phone or HOME number. The website will send them code to verify and they enter it into our system. That’s it, then they have full access. We will also provide you code for this.
Once the system is fully working we will beta test with staff. If everything works correctly we will release funds.
Project must be paid via Escrow and must be finished inside of a week.

It’s a variation on Gin Rummy played with 2 full decks of cards
There is a max of 4 and a min of 2 players.
Each player will start with 10 cards and draw and discard cards.
There is a magic card which can me played as any card. The player will have to pick what card the magic card will play as.
There are more rules and scoring. But i will go into them with the programmer.
As i said the game is like gin runny and it’s not for profit so no massive bids.
