For already extended release of the ‘geoplaces’ theme from templatic i need some extension and additional features.
1.
Extend the User-Sign-Up with a new field ‘user-type’.
Field must be save as user-meta.
Field must be a ‘select-box’. Values will be given.
Extend the worpdress-backend for the user-proifle with this field so it’s possible for an admin to change the value.
Extend the front-end user-profile to it’s possible to change the value for the user.
2.
Extend the Front-End User-Profile with a feature to upload a profile-image at the front-end.
This must include a checkup for the file-size (max. filesize should be setuped at the theme-admin-options).
Display the image at the front-end user-profile. (auto-resize it with the integrated timthumb.php)
3.
Save Search Feature
This is a pretty simple request, but a mandatory feature, so the users can save multiple search criterias. (could be as simple as just saving that search string and naming it, with the ability to delete after) – This would be function similar to add to the favourites.
4.
Extend the Search so it’s possible to search with a min. and max. range for price and other search fields.
5.
Add 4 ADDITIONAL custom-post-types as described.
This includes the fullfeatured possibility to upload a listing for this post-types like the ‘places’, own categorie views, own single views.
On submitting the user could choose beetween the new new custom-post-types.
6.
Add a lot of new custom-fields to this post-types like from the attached excel-sheet.
7.
Extend the integrated function to add custom-form-fields so the form-fields could be added for each custom-post-type.
We need a own section at the wordpress-admin-menu for each post-type.
8.
Extend the theme so the theme supports the wordpress menu system.

Clean-up the theme : This means : delete all unused files. delete all unused functions. delete all unused vars.
10.
change the current image-handling from timthumb to the wordpress integrated thumbnail functions. (add new images sizes for size)
11.
Fix the translation of the theme. Currently the theme uses a language.php, some database options and the wordpress integrated gettext translation (with __ end _e).
Changes this all to the wordpress integrated __ and _e solution also for some untranslated strings.

Type 1 – Same funtionality as the current listing process (just with more form inputs: which I can do myself in the custom fields via geoplaces admin)
Type 2 – Same funtionality as the current listing process (just with more form inputs: which I can do myself in the custom field via geoplaces admin)
Type 3 – Same funtionality as the current listing process just with more form inputs – But this would be a funciton specifically for Admins on the back end or even better shows up in the drop down when adding a listing while signed in as admin.
Type 4 – Same funtionality as the current listing process (just with more form inputs: which I can do myself in the custom fields via geoplaces admin)
note: each listing type would have its own icon to show on the map, with Exception to Type 3, which would only show on the map within the listing detail pages only.
