Slice Up Psds And Put Them In Xhtml/html

I need to slice up psds and put them in xhtml/html. I’ll pay $40 for this. It’s like 9 pages. I’m not sure how people slice up designs, but the client says “can do that in an other program then Photoshop. (f.i. Dreamweaver)
The guy that will build the site told me it would become a mess when it’s done in Photoshop.”
