Indesign Book Setup

I have my text ready. I need some slight typography and my text set up in book format. I may add 9 color pictures to booklet. At the moment booklet is 32-42 pages. I will also need cover design. The book must have quarter bleeds for cover and inside pages must meet standard printing. The book is be composed of 300 dpi printing and pdf format.
