Need Icecat Addon Installed In Oscommerce Cart

I need a free icecat addon that can be found at http://oscommerce.com/community/contributions,5294 installed in my oscommerce shopping cart, i have many other addons installed so you need to back up files you will be working with before installing just in case of bugs, ad on should be installed tested and released within agreed specified time frame or refund will be provided.
