Video Animator For Website That Creates Websites And Apps

I need help with making 2 small videos/explainers of 1-2 minute duration each. The script for each video is not written yet, but I have some keywords: WEB 2.0 + Website creation + maintenance + SEO + Social Media + Iphone and android APP creation. I need a script + voice over + video animator. The videos should be similar style as in the video in this link: http://www.atosho.com/

Step 1= creating script
Step 2= Make voiceover in english
Step 3= create animated video

Within the first video, there has to be an explanation of the importancy of having a website including SEO, social media, and maintenance (keep website up2date), web 2.0.

Second video is about creating apps including an explanation of a specific app.
