Running magento 1.4.1.1. Need programmer/editor to do following:-

1)I have a front page box showing 12 products from a category. I want this to be random product from a category instead. File location can be provided.

2) Also i want someone to replicate my current tempalate and so that i can change the front end design like this https://www.brandshut.co.uk/onestepcheckout/index/
