Images Clean Up And Converted To Vector

I have several images, about 70, that are in rough shape that i need cleaned up and converted to vector files with transparent backgrounds.
I need the raw vectors and i will need the images put back in to .png format so i can reuse them. The images are not very large and could be very simple money maker for someone skilled in illustrator and photoshop.
