Customize Ready Made Instaled Scripts

I got this script for 2 way sms using sms enabler ready made software too, to transmit the sms messages from PC to web site names smsenabler, then I got the API from Sms gate provider. the scripts already installed but the customization process not done, the current developer unable to do it due to lack of experience, I need some body who is familiar with those scripts to do the customization. the parts of matching sms requests and respond to senders using sms, also send replay messages to ads Lister using sms, the 2 way sms script has feature to send email alerts to subscribers also need to activate this feature
