Social Media Api Application

I am looking for a straight-forward application that allows customers to monitor FaceBook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, etc for posts and conversations related to their keywords using available APIs for pulling data. It should contain all of the features found on these sites:

It could leverage the data pulled from SocialMention via API http://socialmention.com/
It should be programmed in PHP and MySQL.
