Implementing Mobile Device Detector On Asp Website

We want to have Mobile Device Detector implemented on an ASP website.
The Mobile Device Detector script and files detect mobile devices and redirect a user with a mobile device to a .mobi website.
There are two versions of Mobile Device Detector that we are aware of and are avaialable as downloads.
One download of Mobile Device Detector using java is available at http://code.google.com/p/mobiledevicedetector/
Another download of Mobile Device Detector using PHP is available at http://detectmobilebrowsers.mobi/
If you are aware of other solutions we are open to them as well.
