Php Mailer Upgrade
I need to upgrade my PHP mailer with some new feature.. so i need a good programmer that knows php mailer and alot about smtps
1.. I would like the smtp option to have TSL optional just like the SSL optional on it
2. I will like to fix the attachment section.. only one attachment is working out of the 4 space for attachment.
3. I will like to add a cool feature .. that would be able to send emails in the right timing and amount i want it to.. for an example . If i have 5000 emails to send .. then i load my PHP mailer with 5000 emails. I will like to have an option i can click and tick.. how i want it to be sent.. if i want it to send 100 emails every 10mins or choose to send 150 emails every 5 min..
4.I will like it to have a socks setting where i can use it with a socks 5. but this is optional..Am not really bothered about this option..
