Graphic Manipulation For Joomla 1.5 Template

Client has a small ecommerce site through zencart but we need to transition it into joomla 1.5
New Graphic/updated look is needed for the site but it is open for designer improvement
We do the install/setup and load as well as navigation setup. Hired person/group needs to do do graphic modifications to masthead, logo, and site as needed.
http://pinetreequiltshoppe.com/ is current site. Client loads products. This is just the graphic implementation of the site post install.
