you will see that the blue page header bar needs to be brought up to below the logo there is some words above in white that you cant see at present cause the blue bar has been moved down.

I have this directory site set up in two custom content types 1 where individuals get a full profile including bio and photo upload and 1 where they only have their most basic details show ie name address etc. I need the single view templates of these content type set up differently ie removing the gallery module and description etc that they dont have access to display with a basic profile.

I also need some slight changes css changes to font/colour and removing excess space etc on the single view page.

also i would like the comments reply form to come up top with the published comments below rather than what they are now… and i would like the published comments wrapped in a scroll module so that no matter how many comments are made it doesn’t keep on going down the page making the page longer than necessary.

The similar listings down the bottom of single view consultant page needs to be changed to have the picture on the left in vertical orientation and the text to the right of the picture nicely spaced in between.

These are the major things but as i said there will be more that we can negotiate on an individual basis.

problem with it- if employee comes into work and clocks out for doctor appt. and clocks back in before lunch- this program has does not allow that.
you will open database and see a form.
on form you have 4 buttons- to clock in- go to lunch- return- and leave
you will see the tbl1 – data comes in different records and I have to run qry1 to put all data in same record

I am looking for someone to build both the back & front end of a simple website, to reserve seats on a charter bus for day trips to go skiing/snowboarding. I reserve charter buses directly, then re-sell the seats to skiers wishing to make day trips to local resorts.

This project will involve building both the reservation system and a clean, simple, user friendly interface for the user. There doesn’t need to be much functionality at this point beyond booking a ticket and printing/displaying the ticket. I would also need to be able to send a reminder email to the customer prior to the scheduled trip date, and have a database of customers, # of trips purchased, contact info.

There needs to be an adjustable threshold (changeable by me as prices fluctuate) for when trips are confirmed, ie. if a bus reaches 35 customers a week prior to the trip, it will happen; if there are 34 customers, an email is sent saying “unless the bus gets 3 more riders in the next 48 hours, this trip will be cancelled and your $$ refunded)

The site needs 3 simple things:

1) Show Upcoming Trips/Locations/Price

2) Allow user to make a payment to reserve a seat on the trip (payment by CC/paypal at time of reservation). Price needs to be adjustable by me for different trips, locations, etc.

3) Printable and/or display on mobile device ticket for the trip

You are free to use any open source/free solutions as long as they are okay for commercial sites. For example a google map to show location would be fine.

This should be a relatively simple project for the experienced web developer, and a fast turn around time would be helpful (and compensated for).

This task entails the creation of an HTML form with validation to be submitted via PHP. The form is a customer satisfaction survey.

Overview
The current site operates a custom content management system using Smarty templates. However, it is considered that the easiest and quickest way to develop this survey is to create it out-with the content management system as a standalone page. A link to the site HTML template will be provided on request for download.

Form requirements
A mock-up of the form can be seen in the attached image. This may be subject to minor alterations to text labels, etc. The mock-up styles are not intended to be replicated exactly, this is solely to guide the scriptlance developer in creation of the form. The form should be validated to ensure the submission is valid and correct. The client has not stated a requirement for a CAPTCHA but this may be a requirement at a later time; please ensure that this is an option to add easily at a later date. Whilst the mock-up shows radio buttons being pre-selected, the radio buttons should not be pre-selected.
The developer will need to create the form via HTML and in keeping with the existing site styles and layout (template link available on request)

Server requirements
It should be noted that the server hosting the site does NOT allow mail to be sent via SMTP servers. Submission of the form should be via PHP mail. It is requested that the form submissions be nicely formatted for easy review of the customer survey. The developer must allow a simple way for the form recipient to be changed.
