The site should have a property search feature, contact form, open house listings, MLS listings, as well as a mortgage loan calculator, etc. You need to be familiar with real estate sites because there must be mls and data captures (I’m not sure how this works yet and am still speaking to my client about what is involved…so your expertise in having built these before is almost mandatory).

I have a project that is two-part. The first part is to make a search box functional ONLY within the site, no external search necessary. The search box is already on the pages, just needs to be functional.

The second part is to revise a slideshow. Currently, the Javascript slideshow consists of an image and some text on the right of the slideshow that rotate at the same speed (the story on the right rotates with the image). What I need is for the slideshow (text and image) to stop rotating on click, and then start rotating if a user clicks the image again. Thinking jQuery, but I am not sure what would be best.
