5.- If width or height is greater than maxwidth or maxheight variables to resize the image keeping the aspect ration.
6.- Autoname the image and copy it to photos/
7.- Show the image on screen with a selector to crop a thumb. The dimensions of selector must be relative to thumbwidth, thumbheight variables. So, if the variables are: 100, 60 then the selector can be 100X60, or 120,72 or 150,90 and so on. When the user selects an area, the thumb to be save at photos/thumbs
8.- Remove (unlink) the original image from photos/tmp

This is how it works. I select a program from a drop down, based on the program selected, the table will populate.
There are three database tables involved to make this work.

The actual HTML table will grab data from deposits and withdraws based on the program selected. A simple join query will be required. I want the data to by default to display by date DESC.
