I need an Android app created to act as a voice recorder, nothing too special. The only difference is that the user should have the option to set it to record automatically when there is sound. So the user can record like normal, or record when there is sound. When they choose to save the file, it will save automatically to a folder. When it comes to recording by sound, there should be a settings option where the user can set how sensitive it should record to and how long to wait after the sound stops before the recording will stop. When it is set to record when there is sound, it will continue to save to the same file until the user saves it.

If the used price is anything over $100.01 then the same formula applies except with a 47% decrese.

i.e Book used price is $150.00 so the final quote will be $150 x .47 equals $70.50 minus $2 Fee = $68.50
