A simple application that sends a message to a web server. The UI should be like the standard Android messaging App.

Functions:
Main screen where user enters a phone number or selects a contact from the phonebook

Settings Where user enters web login details
Username
Password
Network

The message is sent to a url as a post request e.g http://xxx.xx/xx.php?u=username&p=password&o=network&t=phonenumber&m=message

When the user sends the message a sending appears just like in the Android messaging The server will send a reply once the message is sent and this will need to be displayed in place of sending.

Sent messages are saved to a sent message box with the Number and name from phonebook if it was used and a date and time stamp.

I am developing a unique kind of subscription membership program and I can’t find an “off the shelf” membership software program that will do exactly what I want to do.

This is a stock market alert service and we plan to send out stock alerts and only charge the users after we have sent the alert and it has proven to be correct!

Here is how I want it to work:

1) Must be developed as a WordPress plugin so I can use it with my wordpresss web design program.

2) Must interface with Authorize.net Advanced Integration Method (AIM)Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) API and Customer Information Manager (CIM)

3) Must interface with Aweber autoresponder for subscribing and unsubscribing active/inactive members.

4) Subcription works like this:

a) Subcriber is registered and charged a $9.97 set-up fee.
b) Subscriber’s info is added to database and their credit card info is stored in the Authorize.net CIM
c) When we get a stock trading alert (random times during the year) we will send out an email to all active members using Aweber.
d) If the stock alert turns out to be accurate, two days after the alert is sent out, we will bill all active members $147 for that alert.
e) Members stay active in our system and our billed every time we send out a stock alert until they cancel using an online form which synchs with Aweber and Authorize.net
f) Billing should be done in a batch (all active members billed at the same time) with the click of a button.
g) members who cancel are removed from Aweber email list to make sure they do not receive free stock alerts.

We also want to develop a system to send out the stock alerts by text message and an iPhone/Droid smart phone app.

As you can see this is a unique type of membership program that does not fit with the current monthly membership programs out there.

I need someone to build me some type of CSV tool that will allow me to:

#1 tell it which text I want to search for and replace in the csv file
#2 let me input a new list of different texts that I want to replace the old text with
#3 starting with the first text, search and replace, then generate a new csv file. then search and replace and generate a second file. etc, etc

basically what it boils down to is I have a CSV file that needs to be duplicated many times, and I need to be able to give the program a text to start with, and then have it generate a new file for each text that I input into the list that I talk about in #2. I will need it for different types of csv files, so it cant be set to only work with the file that I attach.

If you look at the csv file, I would want to replace the 208084_110 in the file. I would have a list of text that I want to replace with, for example, 208064_010, 208054_020, 208075_030 etc etc, and after it does the find and replace generate a new csv file named after the text, ex. 208064_010.csv 208054_020.csv 208075_030.csv

It would also be helpful if I could paste in the new list of text replacements because I already have them in a spreadsheet format.
