I need to scrape a predefined data set from 3 or 4 websites. I dont really care what technology is actually used only that the content scraped is usable. We are looking for a team of programmers from Romania to do the following project:

We need a system for managing clients and subscriptions. It needs to be built fast, from scratch and at an exceptional quality level – we will do code reviews.

The system will receive new client info thru an URL call (containing client name, e-mail, address, etc). It will need to add it to the system and send him a welcome e-mail and details (e.g. login username/pass).

The system will have to be made out of the following main components:
1) Support
it has to be a ticketing system, where we can trace the whole communication (some made thru e-mails or support tickets – by filling a stand alone form, others by phone). It is ok to use an open-source system as long as it’s going to be fully integrated with the rest of the system

2) CRM = what customer did what and when
It would start out as a log per customer. When was he registered? What did he order? Did he change settings? When did we ship (shipping is made periodically – should be editable for each product – how often and default quantity)? When did he contact us? Status of support tickets, etc.

3) Shipping = ability to export a number of leads in csv and mark them as sent in the system (e.g. there will be a place where one can download a csv containing 50 leads which were not shipped yet, and once downloaded they will be marked as shipped on that day).

4) subscription system – clients can login and change profile info & subscription – change product, quantity (if they don’t want the default quantity but more or less, etc

Users should receive e-mails upon all actions (when product is shipped, when they upgrade their profile info, etc)

All e-mails should be editable, and should contain placeholders (for the username/pass for example).
The system will have to be made in English and there will be clients from various countries, so it needs to be possible to set the e-mail templates in each of the languages.

[already have a design] Create a worpress blog that indexes a unique webpage with each blogpost. We only have 9 pages indexed with Google because we are using a quickblog. There are two parts to this project:

1) Membership site where users sign up and purchase slots on WordPress pages where they can add their links and associated text. User will browse or search for WordPress pages that he would like to place a link on. Each link will be displayed on the WordPress page of the user’s choosing. We will also need PayPal subscription integration (including IPN functionality). We will need an admin area to manage users, manage which WordPress pages are available to users, and view PayPal payments.

2) Script, plugin, or php include to add to the WordPress blog or template that would would check with the membership site and display the user’s link. If a user cancelled his subscription, his link would stop appearing on the WordPress page. The script, plugin, or php include needs to be the same code for all WordPress blogs (or templates), so that the WordPress admin does not have to customize it for each page on the blog.

I will own a site that is a top affiliate DIR and will have all the best affiliate programs on the net ready to promote.

What it needs to do:
1. Must be able to market other affiliated programs.

once I have signed up to promote an affiliate programme I am given a code I must be able to place this in my admin so it gets incorporated in the banners and texts and email links given to my customers once they have picked there affiliate programs they want to promote. That way no one needs to know and everyone is making money I will just be making more I do hope I have managed to break this down and if any one steels my idea ill come find you

The template was built for Joomla 1.5 and there are 5 or 6 extensions installed for Joomla 1.5.

I’d like the site/template migrated to 1.7. jUpgrade is free and should work to migrate to 1.6. My hosting provider has Simple Scripts installed so installing Joomla 1.6 or 1.7 is easy–I can do that myself–I’m concerned about the template–it isn’t currently compatible with 1.6 or 1.7.

The extensions are also available for 1.7 so they won’t be a problem.

My question is can this be done, how long will it take? If it can’t be done at a reasonable cost, I’m fine with that as well because I don’t want to waste anyone’s time.

1)When you create a RSS feed page and Google Maps page together, the RSS feed shows a blank page. Only when you remove the google maps page does the rss feed show.(possible conflict with javascript files?)

2) Google mpas doesn’t show certain data and is slightly messed up.(another solution for google mpas maybe?)
