Redrawing Logo As Vector Art

I have a low resolution JPEG of a logo. Need to have it redrawn in Illustrator as a Vector EPS file. Need file in Illustrator CS5 or earlier version. Will need project completed within the next week. Contact me with questions. THANKS!
