Hiring Part Time Php Programmers 5 Hours Day

My company is hiring PHP Programer. Working 5 hours day.
Cost $200 per month, over sea. Please bid your monthly only. If you can work over 5 hours a day, full time or less than 5. It’s fine. Just leave me a message.
Contract 6-12 months up, long terms.
PHP use CakePHP, or CodeIgniter.
Required English “understand” document, don’t need to speaking good. But required Skype when working for communication.
