Required Php Chat Script

Requirements are:
1-This will be custom base live chat. Chat will work based on php and ajax and record will be saved in a database with chat history and multiple user can chat each other without refresh the page.
2-A history of all conversation and all records of the members and chat history will be saved in the database.
3-Multiple users can chat at the same time.
4-Display should work correctly on IPHONE
5- There is no need to purchase any software license for live chat.
