Need Simple Modification To Google Form/spreadsheet.

My loan officers fill out a google form to document their loans. I would like the form to automatically breakout each loan officers data (they enter their name on the form)onto a separate tab in the spread sheet.
This tab would contain all the loan data for that loan officer for current and any future loans that loan officer may enter data on.
