The idea is to create an exclusive social network (similar to facebook) that is catered specifically for people living in Puerto Rico. This project would be started from scratch.
Basic Requirements:
-Must speak & write Spanish fluently
-Must speak & write English to a moderate level; fluent is preferred.
-Must have some experience with Puerto Rican culture.
