Convert To WordPress (already Css Coded)

This should be quite simple for a WP expert.
I have already designed up out pages, index, posts, in CSS and HTML and I need it converted over to WordPress. Again, the hard work of the CSS is finished.
The code needs to be put into WP and PHP so we can create posts.
