Need Ie Fix For Opencart Site Checkout

I have an Open Cart store set up which works great. However, it appears as if the site is locking up occationally during checkout. After the user supplies their payment info and confirms the order, the site will eternally show loading bar and does not display the thank you page, although the order did go through.
I have not been able to reproduce this with FF, IE 8, or Safari, but I am thinking it could be an issue with IE 7.
