Convert Psd To Html

I am looking for someone to convert this PSD to HTML: http://victorsosea.com/watt-admin-free-psd-web-admin-layout/
There will be two HTML pages:
1. The login screen
2. The main PSD
There are a couple of different color schemes but I want to use the blue login and main blue PSD.
