Two Changes To A Graphic

Please see the attached graphic.
I need this graphic changed so the guy looks like a skier and the second graphic should look like he is on the beach.
You can change/add the background.
No programmer will be selected without a mockup. So if you are not willing to send one, please do not bid.
I need it back as EPS file.
