Paypal Integration

Currently I have the Interspire Shopping Cart. I have just switched to this shopping cart. My current paypal account is the website payment standard accoun.

The new shopping cart require paypal sandbox to be used in conjunction with its paypal standard payment configuration. Other options availble for selection within the shopping cart are paypal express checkout, Paypal payflow, paypal website payments pro.

I would like to know the easiset method to enable the cart to carry out paypal processing for customers. Currently I have a sandbox created and requested that the accounts be migrated, but im wondering if there is an easier way?
