Data Entry Into Ecommerce Website

My website is www.modernmobile.ca
I need all mobile phone products updated. I have a spreadsheet which has all products and product options in it. There are about 300 line items, but this also includes all product options.
The cart system is Pinnacle Cart.
I do not have product images and descriptions. So these will need to be found on the web. (easy to find!)
You should be able to do a data import with some of it. But then the images and product options (colors etc) need to be added.
