WordPress Canvas Theme Tweak

Hello, this should be relatively easy for somebody who knows what they are doing.
I want you to use the Canvas wordpress theme from WooThemes ( www.woothemes.com/2011/05/canvas/ ) and customize it so it resembles the following website…
www.thenategreenexperience.com
I will give you small alterations to make to that layout but as a starting point, please tell me your time to completion and cost for altering this theme.
