Finish Site And Stay On As Member Of Staff

I have a website showcasing my audio production that needs to be finished. The site is about 80% done. I need a few things to get it ready:
Portfolio page is full of flash examples, they all start playing at once when the page is loaded, I need this fixed.
need a contact page created
need a file upload function for client to send files through the site.
general SEO work for search engines.
