Real Estate Agent Site On WordPress

I need someone to develop a real estate agent site. Must submit psd image first. The site should have a property search feature, contact form, open house listings, MLS listings, as well as a mortgage loan calculator, etc. You need to be familiar with real estate sites because there must be mls and data captures (I’m not sure how this works yet and am still speaking to my client about what is involved…so your expertise in having built these before is almost mandatory).
Let me know your questions for clarification before you bid if you are unsure.
