However, I want to also use this webapp as a desktop app converting it to an Adobe Air installer file. When I convert this to AIR, nothing shows up in the place of the Twitter Widget. I spent hours on it and I can not figure it out.

A database is to have approximate 15 input fields and should be able to be entered singly or by csv file (excel)
then there are 7-9 preset reports to be established each report using approx 7 -10 of the 15 feilds needs to be able to be printed hard copy or to csv file.
the database needs to be able to have 1 off reports setup and printed.these do not need to be preset,just a function that is required.
the reports are to be used as bulk upload to auction sites,so need to meet that sites requirements
it is thought that the input fields should hold the previous products descriptions and fields to save double typing entry.

The finished product then needs a front end put on it so that anyone with no actual knowledge can do the entry and reporting

It is to reside on a local pc, does not need multi user,or network access.

Each product needs to interact with the paypal api, and provision for hosting details of up to ten images of each product is required in the main database

Job Description
I need to develop a web base application that will utilize WordPress and Gravity Forms to allow inspectors (users)to access web based forms and store them. These forms are all paper based now and will need to be stored in a database once completed. All stored forms must be searchable after completion by Date, Customer, Inspector, S/N and various other fields. In addition the users will need to authenticate to logon to see the forms they have completed. Each user will have a digital signature that will be uploaded and applied to each form once completed. Customer/s portal to allow 3rd parties to logon and search for inspection forms by their customer ID, Date Inspection completed, S/N etc..
Once completed forms will need to be formated for printing with logos and scanned in signature of inspector.

This project is long term and we hope to replicate this site for many other customers. We will need long term support for the daily maintenance and new customer setups.

This will require expert level with both word press and gravity forms. At this point there are only 10 forms that need to be recreated. We already have a beta site up and will need someone to come in a finish (rewrite?) and give a professional look and feel.

Order table, with order ID and customer details.

Item table where items ordered are associated to seperate orders by item ID.

So need a form to add orders to my dbase. The prices are all sourced from the dbase and based on ranges but need option to override ranges (delivery fee, product price, deposit, security deposit) and enter custom price, a bit like magento.
