I need you to create an app that runs on Windows and Mac (2 diff apps is fine, or Adobe Air) that does the following:

the user provides a list of keywords (either copy&paste into window, or upload from txt or CVS file, the CVS file would be the output of the Google keyword tool)

The tool then does a Google-search for each keyword and retrieves the URLs for the top 10/20/100 (user-selectable) results.

The tool then checks whether certain substrings are present in the URLs (e.g. do any of the URLs contain the word “google”)

Sometimes, it’ll have to check for the presence of 2 substrings (to be defined once we agree on project)

When the substring(s) is/are present, then the tool highlights the keyword in red, if it’s not present, then it highlights the keyword in green.

as there are potentially large numbers of keywords and hence many requests to Google, you should provide a solution to avoid getting temporarily banned by Google.

The first project is as follows:

1) In order to control the development and testing of our on-line assets, without negatively impacting our live site (LIVE), we require a development & test platform (DEVTEST) and a reliable migration approach. The partner will work with us to set-up the required assets and approaches. DEVTEST will be very similar to LIVE, but will differ because it is lower volume, should not seek to be found by search engines, and the domain and links will be different. The migration approach should be fully documented, with checklists for control (both DEVTEST -> LIVE and LIVE -> DEVTEST).

2) Do a LIVE -> DEVTEST migration. On DEVTEST, reconfigure our Magento and WordPress-based ecommerce site to:

a) Include WordPress as a subfolder, rather than a subdomain.
b) Include WordPress as a self-hosted tool, rather than as a service from WP.com.
c) Have WordPress use the Magento theme (either the same, or near identical.
d) Migrate content from wp.com WordPress site to DEVTEST site.
e) Ensure that internal and external links to the old subdomain pages re-direct to relevant subdirectory pages.

3) Get our acceptance of the DEVTEST site prior to migration.

4) Back-up LIVE site to mitigate against migration errors.

5) Migrate DEVTEST -> LIVE.
