I want to add a module to my wordpress site www.meridianrealtyga.com so I can update my agent profiles as I add new agents.

The module should look something like the attached jpg with the color scheme from my website.

I want an interface so I can upload an agent image, add bio copy, and a Read More tag so the overflow links to the agent’s page.

I also want a template for an agent page like the attached “agent-page” jpg. This page would have a pic of the agent, full bio, and feed from the IDX from the GAMLS.

My customer is putting together a new website concept/idea. The website will allow businesses to set up an account and post data on the website. There would be about ten different fields to input data in each record, and people would have to be able to search the entire database using at least five of the different fields. The only people who could search the website would be people who pay for the information, not necessarily the people who post it, although there would be some overlap. They would be allowed to search a certain number of times for one fee, and then would pay for each search after that. The cost per search would go down at certain search levels. Most of the subscribers would be businesses.

I will only give more information in private to those that ask for it.

We do have a budget in mind but to avoid ridiculous bids I’m not going to make it public.

I use the ‘PhpMaker’ program to generate code for the backend of my site. Users upload images of real-estate and other things for sale. It works very well for me, but I’d like to add a function to it: to automatically resize images on upload. I’m not fussy about the parameters of the resizing. It can be to a certain size in kilobytes or height in pixels. The main thing I need is to have the large size of the uploaded file reduced to a web-friendly size of around 50 to 75 kilobytes.
I’m not a programmer, but I believe there is one file that is generated by PhpMaker that controls the functions of the upload, unique file names, etc… I’m wondering if the resizing function could simply be added to it. I’m attaching this file, called ‘ewupload.php’ for your reference.

I have a custom Drupal module that I need fixed. Here is how the process works.

-Fitness test is done and results are uploaded into database.

-Person then logs in to see their fitness test results.

-The module takes the fitness tests and calculates 3 separate scores based off of these by using a simple mathematical equation to determine what percentile a person lands in compared to the group and turns that into an easy to read number of 1,2,3,4, or 5 with 5 being the top 20% of athletes. This part currently works.

-The module also takes into account the factor that if one test is not done (for example push ups) because of an injury the equation is altered to not include that test for that person. This part currently works.

-There is a second “tab” that can be clicked that breaks down the scores into trainable areas following the same 1-5 scale. This is what I need fixed because it does not take into account the issue of a test result not being performed changing the equation

-There is also a “compare” function where a player can search the database based on selected criteria to compare their scores against a chosen group. This currently works for the main 3 scores but I need to make sure that when this code is fixed it also updates the tab with the breakdown of scores.

More projects will follow for the right programmer as we have a lot of things we want to add to the website in the coming months.

Hey developers. We`re a web designing company. We have clients that have to pay monthly for our website maintenance service. Right now, We take payments in person – cash. But now we want them to pay directly on our website through paypal, credit card and all other methods. There should be an automatic recurring payment options (where they`ll not have pay every month) and payments will be taken from them automatically. Everyone will have there own account and all transactions and invoices will be shown in the user account, so that they can keep track of it. Also all transactions will be shown in admin panel sorted through username, so we`ll know who paid and who didn`t.

This is gonna be the step by step walkthrough:

Step 1) We`ll make an account for every customer. WIth a unique password that they can change after.

Step 2) Customer will login to our website and will accept our terms and condition. Or else he won`t be able to go to next step!

Step 3) As soon as the user enters his account, His website`s name, Bill, Due amount, Last paid bill, Remaining amount, Previous invoices will be shown, as soon as he`ll log in

Step 4) User will then go to the “Pay my bill” tab, and will be shown all the choices through he can pay. Also he can select the choice where all his payments will be done automatically or he can choose a one time payment method.

Step 5) An email with the invoice will be sent to his email address and he will be redirected to his account management page.

Admin`s Part:

1) I will be putting in the amounts as due in each account. And there should be an option where I can set an amount and it will be applied every month automatically.

2) All transactions will be recorded and I should be able to see the payment that came from the usernames, so I know who paid and who didn`t.
