Image Modification Flash Application
I need a flash app to be created that does the following:

You may use the source code of existing app as MOST OF THE work is done, however, the resulting image must be MUCH better quality. Please look at the image manipulation
Quality needed equal to that vectormagic
1) You are able to upload an image from facebook or desktop or a gallery.
2) image will be able to be zoomed and rotated .
3) Image will be turned into a vector, of which the user can use one of 4 different results. This vector will have a maximum of 4 colors. and these colors can then be changed.
4) The app will output a vector image. Also, a png image will be returned which will be put on one of 4 backgrounds. The app will also return a price, and colors chosen.
5) This app will be part of a website, so working with the website team to integrate outpout to shopping cart might be needed for a few hours.
Past experience on similar project(s) required. Bidders without past experience will be requested to give a detailed proposal on their technical know-how before awarding the project.
