Facebook Pages Post To Wall From App

Project requires code to perform 3 functions to implement sharing of information on user walls (Post to Wall) and Poll with (Post to Wall).
Function 1: Share to wall -> Link (any link)
Function 2: Share to wall -> Poll Quiz (database driven with admin)
Function 3: Share to wall -> Dropdown choice (database driven with admin)

* We do not need assistance creating the app on facebook. App is setup just requiring the php code to allow sharing on user wall after Liking page.
