WANTED: Ruby Developer (Short term Programming Advisor / Freelance or F/T Tech CoFounder) for unusual startup program;

Project budget is non-specific. Any programmer hired onto our team would need to be long term, hence a potentially more rewarding means of compensation can be arranged in addition and/or in lieu of money paid upfront for services provided.
YOU: Prefer NYC location but TELECOMMUTE/VIRTUAL in USA OK. Full-Time ideal. Seeking Senior level (3-4 yrs FT experience preferred). PT and even short term ok (eg. to just code 2-3 FB apps or program a very cool game idea–one that makes working on your relationship FUN!).
