Os Commerce Website Hard Coded

Dear Programmer,
My previous progammer who did my website with oscommerce hard coded making difficulty to change the pages(about 5 in total). I would like you to make it user friendly to me so that i can change the pages via backend not via ftp.
Also to make it verify by google for me, favicon picture and make changes for the site to look more professionl. Website is Northampton man and van.co.uk
