Fix Javascript Links And Login Code

I have a test login for clients at http://www.rivaestates.com/login.html

The actual Login I have at test linking off the Contact page http://www.rivaestates.com/contact.html ( top right) – it needs coding to escape from the pop up window
When logged in, the javascript to link to the search lists is failing, as are the next/previous links.
This is all stripped of one of my other sites so I know the code is good – Just missing something.
Also fix logout link
I need this sorting out today
