Data Scraping Module

I am looking to build a lead database from ‘scraping’ data from some of the following websites:
yelp, city search, superpages, seemlessweb, etc.
The fields I am looking for are Industry, business name, business address, email, url, and phone and if there is a contact person field.
We are looking to scape data from only one of the sites for now. What is the cost to build a script to scrape data from one of those websites? And what is the timeline if I approve your quote to getting this task done? We are looking to move quickly on this task.
(I was told the cost to do something like this was around $500)
