Magento – Pay-pal Express Bug Voids My Orders Randomly

I need a Magento expert to fix my pay pal express code. My orders get voided randomly, most of the time it works fine but others come up voided. I need it fixed asap I spoke to pay-pal they said it was something with the call script. I’ll pay $50 I heard it was an easy fix
